Sara, a driven HR professional with 20+ years’ recruitment experience, with a proven track record of working collaboratively across all management disciplines and levels returned to Celtic Careers as Client Relationship and Engagement Manager, having previously worked with us for four years.

She develops business opportunities in our specialist areas; Accountancy & Finance, Office Support & Operations, Human Resources, Sales & Marketing, and Supply Chain & Logistics and secured many key accounts.

Sara's passion for Sales and Client Management has grown as a Recruitment Consultant, Client Manager and Business Developer - an area many shy away from. Her customer-focused and results-driven mindset led her to launch her own consultancy SH Solutions which she now contracts through with Celtic Careers providing sales and client management expertise.

Sara's focus is on building relationships, driving new business opportunities, aiming to fully understand our clients’ needs to promote candidates who will help their organisations thrive.

What sets Sara apart is passion for the "Customer Care Process." She strives to ensure effective communication with clients working with a large portfolio of employers across industry sectors ranging from FMCG to Accountancy and Finance, Engineering, Pharmaceutical, and Telecoms.

Personal Life 

Sara’s personality extends beyond professional life enjoying a round of golf and strength and conditioning classes, supporting Lucan Sarsfields GAA Club where you’ll find her cheering her children at weekend matches. As a fundraising volunteer for Lucan Sarsfields, she organises their annual golf classic, Christmas draw and other fundraising events.
